What We Offer

Industrial Coating
Services

From raw metal prep to precision color-matched finishes, every service we offer is built around one goal: a coating that performs as hard as the parts it protects.

01

Electrostatic Powder Coating

The gold standard in durable industrial finishes.

Our electrostatic application process charges powder particles and attracts them uniformly to grounded metal surfaces — wrapping edges, recesses, and complex geometries that liquid paint can't reach consistently. The result is a finish with superior adhesion, corrosion resistance, and impact strength.

Specifications

  • Uniform coverage on complex geometries
  • Superior adhesion vs. liquid paint
  • Corrosion & UV resistant
  • Available in gloss, matte, satin & texture
  • TGIC and non-TGIC polyester formulations

Common Applications

  • Structural steel
  • Architectural components
  • OEM parts
  • Enclosures & panels
02

Custom Color Matching

Exact color. Every batch. No exceptions.

Brand consistency demands precision. We match to RAL, Pantone, NCS, and proprietary color standards using spectrophotometric analysis. Whether you need a single custom color or consistent matching across high-volume production runs, we maintain batch-to-batch accuracy.

Specifications

  • RAL, Pantone & NCS matching
  • Spectrophotometric verification
  • Batch-to-batch consistency
  • Custom formulations available
  • Color sample cards on request

Common Applications

  • Brand-critical components
  • Architectural metalwork
  • Consumer products
  • Fleet equipment
03

Metal Prep & Sandblasting

The foundation of every lasting finish.

No coating performs better than its substrate preparation. Our abrasive blasting removes mill scale, rust, old coatings, and surface contaminants to SSPC-SP6 Commercial Blast standards. We follow with chemical pretreatment — iron phosphate or zinc phosphate — to maximize adhesion and corrosion resistance.

Specifications

  • SSPC-SP6 commercial blast standard
  • Iron & zinc phosphate pretreatment
  • Removes rust, scale & old coatings
  • Chromate-free options available
  • Rinse & dry-off oven sequence

Common Applications

  • Rusty or corroded parts
  • Previously coated parts
  • Raw mill steel
  • Castings & forgings
04

High-Temp Coatings

Engineered for extreme heat environments.

Standard powder coatings fail above 400°F. Our high-temperature formulations use silicone-based resins rated for continuous service up to 1200°F. These coatings maintain adhesion, color stability, and corrosion protection in demanding thermal environments where conventional finishes would blister and peel.

Specifications

  • Rated for continuous service to 1200°F
  • Silicone-based resin systems
  • Color-stable under thermal cycling
  • Available in black, silver & custom
  • Meets MIL-PRF-24712 for select grades

Common Applications

  • Exhaust systems & headers
  • Industrial ovens & kilns
  • Engine components
  • BBQ & outdoor cooking equipment

Finish Options

Available Finish Types

Every finish type is available across our full color library. Not sure which is right for your application? We'll send samples.

Gloss

High-shine, reflective surface. Ideal for consumer products and architectural accents.

Matte

Flat, non-reflective finish. Popular for industrial equipment and modern architectural work.

Satin

Mid-sheen between gloss and matte. Versatile and widely specified for commercial applications.

Texture

Wrinkle, hammer, or sand textures that hide surface imperfections and add grip.

Metallic

Mica-infused formulations that replicate brushed or polished metal appearances.

Clear

Transparent topcoat that protects bare metal or existing finishes without altering appearance.
